Training Schedule & Community Involvement

We offer classes and training sessions Monday through Saturday, with the exception of being closed on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.
​
Our gym is proud to be home to a dedicated professional and amateur fight team, actively participating in fights, seminars, tournaments, and training camps both locally and beyond. During event preparation, gym members may have opportunities to travel with the team, attend special guest seminars, or participate in exclusive training sessions. Please note that gym hours may be adjusted during these times to accommodate travel or event schedules.

Kids Classes
​
We also believe in giving back to our community. That’s why we offer free youth classes for children ages 6–12, held Monday through Friday from 3:15 PM to 4:40 PM. These sessions focus on fitness, discipline, and skill development in a safe and supportive environment.

Basic Boxing
(6 -12yr) Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri // 3:40PM - 4:40PM
This fun, high-energy class is designed to help kids stay active, strong, and healthy through age-appropriate strength and conditioning exercises. With a focus on movement, coordination, and fitness, students engage in dynamic drills, bodyweight exercises, and fun games that build agility, endurance, and confidence.
We emphasize teamwork, discipline, and effort in a supportive and structured environment. Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or just needs a positive outlet for their energy, this class promotes physical development and healthy habits — all while having fun.
It’s the perfect foundation for any sport or future martial arts training.

Kids BJJ
(6-12yr) Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri // 4:45PM - 5:30PM
Our Kids BJJ program is designed to teach children the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Students learn essential techniques such as takedowns, positional control, escapes, and submissions — all through age-appropriate instruction and partner drills.
Beyond the physical skills, this class focuses heavily on building discipline, respect, focus, and confidence. Kids develop problem-solving abilities and learn how to stay calm under pressure, both on and off the mats.
Classes are non-striking and emphasize safety, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether your child is brand new to martial arts or looking to take their training to the next level, our BJJ program provides a strong foundation for both self-defense and athletic development.

Adult Boxing + Kickboxing
(12+) Monday - Friday // 5:40PM - 6:40PM
This high-energy class blends the power and technique of boxing and kickboxing into a full-body workout designed to build strength, stamina, and striking skills. This class teaches proper punching, kicking, footwork, and defensive movement — all in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, our sessions combine pad work, bag work, conditioning, and partner drills to improve speed, coordination, and overall athletic performance.
No experience? No problem. This class is beginner-friendly and scalable to all fitness levels, with a strong focus on proper form, safety, and continuous improvement.
Expect to sweat, learn, and leave feeling stronger — physically and mentally.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu + Serrada Escrima
(16+) Tuesday + Thursday // 6:40PM - 7:30PM
This integrated class combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Serrada Escrima into a well-rounded martial arts training program focused on control, timing, and real-world application. Students develop skills across both grappling and close-range weapon systems, learning how distance, positioning, and decision-making change between armed and unarmed encounters.
Training covers core Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu principles such as takedowns, positional control, escapes, sweeps, and submissions, alongside Serrada Escrima fundamentals including stick work, empty-hand applications, disarms, footwork, and flow drills. Classes include partner drills, situational training, and controlled sparring, all taught in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
Rooted in practical self-defense, this program emphasizes adaptability and problem-solving under pressure. Students gain improved strength, mobility, coordination, and endurance, while also building mental resilience, discipline, and situational awareness that extend beyond training.
Open to all experience levels, beginners are welcome and experienced practitioners will find plenty of opportunities to refine their skills and deepen their understanding. No ego—just hard work, continuous learning, and a supportive community.

No-Gi Grappling
(16+) Mon, Wed, Fri // 6:40PM - 7:30PM
This class focuses on the art of grappling without the traditional gi, blending techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and submission grappling. This program emphasizes takedowns, positional control, escapes, and submissions — all adapted for the fast-paced, frictionless nature of no-gi training.
Whether you're training for self-defense, competition, or overall fitness, No-Gi Grappling sharpens your ability to move efficiently, think strategically, and stay calm under pressure. Classes include drilling, technique breakdowns, and live rolling in a controlled, respectful environment.
Open to all experience levels, this is an ideal class for anyone looking to build real-world grappling skills, improve athletic performance, and push their limits — without the gi.

Capoeina
(16+) Tues, Thurs, Fri // 7:30PM - 8:30PM
Capoeira is a dynamic Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends movement, rhythm, and strategy into a unique and expressive training experience. This class introduces students to the fundamentals of Capoeira, including fluid movement (ginga), kicks, evasions, acrobatics, takedowns, and partner exchanges that develop agility, coordination, and body awareness.
Training emphasizes timing, balance, and creativity through structured drills, sequences, and interactive games played within the roda. Students learn to move efficiently, react intelligently, and express themselves through motion while building strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
Beyond the physical benefits, Capoeira fosters rhythm, confidence, and adaptability, sharpening both mental focus and spatial awareness. Open to all experience levels, this class welcomes beginners and experienced martial artists alike. Whether you’re seeking an engaging workout, cultural exploration, or a new way to challenge your movement skills, Capoeira offers a powerful and rewarding path.

Women's Self Defense
(16+) 1st and 3rd Saturday // 9:00AM - 10:00AM
$30 drop-in fee or $50/month
This women’s self-defense class is designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills for real-world situations. Training focuses on effective, easy-to-learn techniques drawn from proven martial arts systems, emphasizing situational awareness, boundary setting, and decisive action under stress.
Students learn fundamental strikes, escapes from common holds, defenses against grabs and threats, and strategies for managing distance and positioning. Classes include controlled partner drills and scenario-based training in a supportive, respectful environment where safety and empowerment come first.
Beyond physical techniques, this class develops mental resilience, confidence, and decision-making skills that extend beyond the gym. Open to all fitness and experience levels, the program prioritizes realism, adaptability, and personal safety—no prior martial arts experience required.
